So whenever possible, leave their nappy off for an hour or so<\/li>\n<li>Try to change your baby\u2019s nappy before putting him or her down to sleep<\/li>\n<li>Use a barrier cream such as Sudocrem to protect your baby\u2019s skin.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Despite your best efforts nappy rash can occur and is very common in young babies.<\/p>\n<p>Use only as directed.
