Acne and spots
Acne is a common skin condition which affects almost everyone at some point. The condition causes spots to develop on the skin, usually on the face.
Acne often affects teenagers and young adults and is most common in girls between the ages of 14 and 17, and in boys between the ages of 16 and 19.
How to protect against acne
Wash the affected area regularly with a mild soap or cleanser and avoid scrubbing the skin or causing irritation. You should also try not to pick or squeeze spots as this can lead to scarring and spreading. Apply Sudocrem Antiseptic Healing cream on to the affected areas as required.
Dealing with spots
Sudocrem can be used first thing in the morning and last thing at night to help soothe, moisturise and reduce the redness of spot prone skin.
